By using the ‘Optivex Technologies‘ application, you agree that you have read and understand this Agreement (‘Agreement‘) and that your membership in the App shall confirm to its terms and conditions. Failure to this, your account will be permanently locked and you will no longer be eligible to claim any rewards / Money collected in your Optivex Technologies account.


"You agree to not do any fraud activity by communicating false information to the customers and if anything of such sort happens strict legal action will be taken against you."


1. You agree to receive OTP for verifying your mobile at the time of registration. Optivex Technologies App will verify your mobile number by sending OTP (One time password) to mobile number provided that will be automatically read by app upon receiving the OTP message to complete the registration process.


2. You cannot register with multiple mobile numbers from single mobile device with single email id. Registering from multi-SIM devices from multiple number is strictly prohibited.


3.Optivex Technologies cannot be used with Android Emulators. All devices are being verified at multiple levels during availing the offers. If found to be used with emulators or some kind of other automated system, your account for mobile number and device will be permanently locked.


4. Optivex Technologies reserves the right to limit rewards enrolment at any time.


5. Optivex Technologies is under no obligation to provide Members with any particular amount of earning opportunities or send messages to them.


6. As of now, Optivex Technologies is providing services to individuals 16 years or older who may enrol in the Optivex Technologies Program and become Members. Optivex Technologies reserves the right to prevent access to the Program and its website from mobile number or IP addresses.


7. Corporations or other business entities are not eligible to become Members.


8. Optivex Technologies membership and its right to use is limited to one individual with single mobile number and associated mobile device.


9. Member agrees to comply with the terms of all Optivex Technologies and its advertiser and partner offers, promotions, and programs at all times.


10. Earning Amount & rewards are subject to change at any time without notice.


11. Earned amount will be subtracted from Member‘s account once the redemption order is placed by the member and captured by the Optivex Technologies server system. Who do not complete any transactions in the Service for a period of 30 days on a continuous basis might have their Optivex Technologies App credit forfeited.


12. Once used to claim, Earned amount will not be reinstated to Member‘s account.


13. No member is allowed to use or create fake ID or provide any fake profile information for earning of money.


14. Members are strictly prohibited to uninstall any mobile app to reinstall it through Optivex Technologies for earning. Once any mobile app is installed through any channel (via Optivex Technologies, through Play Store directly or through any other similar program), Earned amount rewards cannot be claimed by uninstalling & reinstalling the same mobile app.


15. Member agrees to promptly notify support@Optivex Technologies.in of any change in Member‘s mobile number or address (mail or email) or personal profile by updating his or her personal information in the Profile section of Optivex Technologies mobile app.


16. Optivex Technologies reserves the right to cancel or disable accounts and expire unredeemed earned amount in those accounts that are inactive for a period of 6 consecutive months. Inactive shall be defined as lack of one of the following: accessing and utilizing offers, viewing video, profile update or any earning or spending transaction amount.


17. Optivex Technologies reserves the right to change this Agreement, and/or any part thereof, at any time as required by the Local Laws of the Land, Internet Usage policy, Telecom Regulatory policy, Android user’s usage policy, Optivex Technologies Privacy Policy. Member understands the most recent version of this Agreement will be located on the Optivex Technologies Website and/or Mobile application in the Member Services area under Terms of Service.


18. Optivex Technologies reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Optivex Technologies service with or without notice to Member.


19. By using the Optivex Technologies and/or registering yourself at Optivex Technologies, you authorize Optivex Technologies (including its authorized representatives and its business partners) (Optivex Technologies /Company) to contact you via email or phone call or sms or WhatsApp and offer you our services for the product you have opted for, imparting product knowledge, (to the extent permissible), for which reasons your information may be collected in the manner as detailed under this Policy. You hereby agree that you authorize Creditcode to contact you on your mobile number for the above mentioned purposes even if you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service(s). Your authorization, in this regard, shall be valid as long as your account is not deactivated by either you or us.


20. Query Submission Timeframe: Partners may submit a query regarding lead updates for a period not exceeding 45 days from the date of the lead’s creation or last update. Post-30-Day Limitation: Any queries related to lead updates submitted after the 45 days will not be processed. No Exceptions: No exceptions will be made to the 45-day query submission period.
